Last weekend, we headed 12 hours north to the town I was born in, Greenville, Mississippi. We went for my cousin’s wedding. We had such a wonderful time! It had been 11 years since my last visit to Greenville.

We took a little family road trip during Thanksgiving break. We originally planned to go to Atlanta and then head to Blue Ridge, GA. Unfortunately, due to the wild fires in North Georgia we canceled our plans for Blue Ridge and headed to Birmingham instead.
Last weekend, we headed to Nana and Pop’s. Ava received some snuggles from Nana and Pop and got to visit with Great Grandpa Johnson and Marilyn.
Every year in November my family and I all get together to make homemade ravioli for the holidays. This a family tradition that was passed down by my Nona and Papa and one that has been going on for many years.
