I made this egg roll stir fry for dinner last week and it was a huge hit! There was not a single crumb left in the skillet. I told my husband that I was going going to make an egg roll stir-fry but minus the outside of the egg roll. The look on his face was like, "What?". I told him to just trust me and that it's worth a try. It also helped that I bought some, yum yum sauce from Publix. You know, that stuff they give you at the Japanese restaurants that you drench your food in. Most grocery stores sell it.
I can't express how easy this recipe his. Literally you brown the sausage, mix the soy sauce and seasons together, add the bag of coleslaw mix and whala! They you have it! A delicious, healthy meal that everyone will enjoy!
