Calling all moms, dads, grandparents, aunts, uncles, pretty much anyone who has a toddler in their life! I have found a way to get your toddler to eat their veggies!
Garden Lites Muffins are the solution! Lately, our toddler Ava has only been interested in mac and cheese, fruit, or oatmeal. Getting her to eat her veggies has been such a struggle. We have tried so many ways to cook them, season them, and she’s just not having it. I just discovered Garden Lites Muffins the other day while strolling through the freezer section at Publix.
These muffins are gluten free, dairy free, low in fat and calories and have hidden veggies inside.
They are perfect for on the go, lunches, an afternoon snack or even as a dessert.
They come frozen and are prepackaged inside the box. To warm a muffin you just pop it in the microwave for about 35 seconds and you get a delicious warm muffin as if it was just freshly baked!
I often pack one in Ava’s lunch box or give them to her for an afternoon snack. Her favorite if the carrot berry muffin made with carrots and berries. Mine is their chocolate muffin made with zucchini and carrots. These muffins are so delicious you can’t even tell they have veggies in them!
I found my Garden Lites at Publix. You can find yours in the freezer section of your nearest Publix, Stop & Shop, Giant, Shop-Rite, HEB, Kroger or Costco. Here is a $1.00 off coupon to stock up on this delicious snack!
Eating veggies just got easier!
