Last night, Joey and I had our first LONG date night out. We originally had plans to go to the Rib Fest in Tampa but we changed our minds and went to the Zac Brown Band concert instead and I am SO glad that we did. It was our first time seeing the new Amway Arena in Orlando. I was loving the AC and the little cup holders they had for your drinks. Those were awesome! I also couldn't believe how close our seats were. We had an amazing view! My husband sure knows how to get some good seats.
Before heading out for our date night we dropped Ava off at my parents house. I tried to pack light for her and I think I was pretty successful. I only packed 900 diapers, 10 burp cloths, 8 bibs, several changes of clothes (so I might be over exaggerating but it felt like I packed that much), books, toys, etc. I wanted to make sure I didn't forget anything and that she had everything she needed. Oh, but somehow I only packed ONE pacifier! OOPS!
After getting her settled we kissed her goodbye and started our evening at the Artisan's Table in downtown Orlando. We both ordered big fat juicy burgers that were delicious.
When we arrived we met up with my brother and his girlfriend.
We sang and danced the night away. It was sooooooooooooooooo much fun and VERY much needed!!!!
I only checked on Ava once or twice and of course my Mom sent me pictures throughout the night to let me know she was just fine. I knew she was in good hands I just wanted to make sure my parents were OK.
The night was such a good time. We truly enjoyed our time together as we laughed, sang, and danced the night away. We are truly blessed.
